Stephen Duncan was born in Greenville, SC where he lived until his recent relocation to the beautiful Lowcountry.  After graduating, Stephen spent the next 20-plus years in sales and management with a major retail chain where his hard work, dedication, and most importantly, customer care, paid off through his journey of success.  In 2016, Stephen was transferred to the Beaufort area to operate and manage a local retail store.

After relocating to the Lowcountry, Stephen decided to pursue his dream and take on a new career in the Real Estate Industry. With quality customer service as Stephen’s first priority, his goal is to efficiently meet and exceed the needs, desires, and expectations of his clients.  Stephen is always ready and willing to help with all of your Real Estate needs.

During Stephens down time he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, spending time at the gym and working in the garden.
